  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Prepare the Beef Mixture:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  2. Stir in sour cream and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and everything is well-coated.
