Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the crostini: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

2️⃣ Assemble the crostini: Once the crostini is ready, top each piece with a generous spoonful of burrata cheese. Layer on the prosciutto slices and top with a few slices of peach.

3️⃣ Garnish and season: Drizzle the crostini with honey, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor and color.

4️⃣ Serve and enjoy: Arrange the crostini on a serving platter and serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or snack.

Notes

  • If peaches are out of season, substitute with nectarines or fresh figs for a different flavor twist.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic glaze over the crostini.
  • You can prepare the crostini and topping components ahead of time, then assemble just before serving.
