Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round sourdough bread (about 8 inches in diameter)
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the bread: Using a serrated knife, cut the sourdough bread in a criss-cross pattern, making deep cuts but not slicing all the way through the bottom.

3️⃣ Fill the bread: Gently pull apart the cuts of bread and stuff with slices of Brie cheese and fresh cranberries. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Brush with butter: Brush the top and edges of the bread with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped rosemary for added flavor.

5️⃣ Bake the bread: Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6️⃣ Serve and enjoy: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy, cranberry-filled goodness!

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, drizzle more honey on top before serving.
  • You can use any type of soft cheese in place of Brie, such as goat cheese or camembert.
  • If you don’t have fresh cranberries, dried cranberries can work as a substitute.
