Ingredients

Scale

Stuffing Mixture:

  • 4 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Salmon:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skinless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Stuffing:
In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2️⃣ Prepare the Salmon Fillets:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in the thickest part of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.

3️⃣ Stuff the Salmon:
Divide the stuffing mixture into four portions and fill each salmon fillet pocket with the mixture. Use toothpicks to secure the opening if needed.

4️⃣ Season and Bake:
Brush the fillets lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5️⃣ Serve:
Remove toothpicks, if used, and serve the stuffed salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.

Notes

  • Substitute canned crab and pre-cooked shrimp to save time.
  • For an extra crispy top, broil the salmon for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
