Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the lobster tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for an elegant presentation.

2️⃣ Season the lobster:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Make the garlic butter sauce:
