Strawberry Cake Layer

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the strawberry cake layer:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan. Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the package instructions and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

2️⃣ Make the cheesecake layer:
Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined.
