Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cake Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes). Mix in the vanilla extract and milk. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
