For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed greens (optional, for added crunch)
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
    3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
  • Make the Garlic Sauce:
    1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    3. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
    4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
    2. Place a portion of sliced chicken in the center of the tortilla.
    3. Drizzle a generous amount of garlic sauce over the chicken.
    4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add mixed greens and tomato slices if desired.
    5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a wrap.
    6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Optional Step – Toast the Wraps:
    1. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on both sides for 2-3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
