  • 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
    • Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine the Alfredo Sauce:
    • Lower the heat to medium-low. Stir the Alfredo sauce and milk into the cooked beef, mixing until smooth and heated through.
  • Assemble the Bake:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef and sauce mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
    • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake:
    • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
