This quiche is sinfully delicious and incredibly easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.

2️⃣ Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese until combined. Stir in the diced ham.

3️⃣ Whisk the custard:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, hot sauce (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

4️⃣ Assemble the quiche:
Spread the ham and cheese mixture evenly over the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture on top, ensuring it fills all gaps.

5️⃣ Bake:
Place the quiche on the center rack of the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

6️⃣ Cool and serve:
Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

  • Substitute bacon or sausage for the ham for a different flavor.
  • For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños or more hot sauce.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat slices in the oven for best results.
