These No-Bake Coconut Snowball Truffles are the perfect sweet treat for your holiday dessert spread. Made with just a few simple ingredients, these creamy coconut delights are easy to prepare and require no oven time. With their snowy white coating and melt-in-your-mouth texture, they’re a festive addition to any gathering or a thoughtful homemade gift.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted (optional, for coating)
  • Additional shredded coconut (for rolling)

Instructions

1️⃣ Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until a sticky dough forms.

2️⃣ Shape the truffles: Scoop small portions of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into balls using your hands. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3️⃣ Chill: Refrigerate the truffles for 30 minutes to firm up.

4️⃣ Coat the truffles (optional): If desired, dip the chilled truffles into melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.

5️⃣ Roll in coconut: Immediately roll the truffles in additional shredded coconut for a snowy finish.

6️⃣ Set and serve: Allow the truffles to set completely in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the mixture.
  • Customize the flavor by adding a dash of almond extract or citrus zest.
  • These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
